New Teacher Induction and Leadership Courses

Many districts find that new teachers are not adequately prepared to be effective in the classroom. PCG’s online courses can enhance district programs to support new teacher growth and development. By providing new teachers with strategies and tools, teachers build capacity to navigate the school environment, manage their classrooms, work with parents and build a professional growth plan.

This area of concentration also includes courses for returning principals, school leaders, and instructional coaches to continue building their leadership capacity. School and district leaders can learn directly from experts including Anthony Muhammad, Learning Forward's Joellen Killion, and Richard Dufour. The online format provides convenient, any-time access to experts without having to leave school buildings, while also assuring fidelity of instruction, at scale.
