Ken O’Connor, Author and Education Consultant

Alan GreenKen O’Connor, who earned his Master’s of Education at the University of Toronto in 1973, has been an independent consultant since 1996. His 23 year teaching career includes experience as a geography teacher and department head. Ken has consulted and presented in 47 states, all 10 Canadian provinces and two of the three territories as well as 32 countries outside North America. He's presented at myriad conferences, and served as a curriculum coordinator for the Scarborough Board of Education and the Toronto District School Board. O’Connor is the author of a number of books, including How to Grade for Learning: Linking Grades to Standards and A Repair Kit for Grading: 15 Fixes for Broken Grades.
